1. Payment and Refund Process
Effective November 1, 2026, customers purchasing eligible tax-free items must pay the tax-inclusive price at the time of purchase.
After your purchase, you must present the purchased goods to Customs at the airport or seaport when departing Japan to confirm that the items are being taken out of the country.
Once Customs has confirmed the goods, the consumption tax amount will be refunded.
Please ask our staff for details regarding the refund method and procedures.
2. Passport Requirements
You must present your original passport to complete the tax-free procedure. Copies of your passport or visa page will not be accepted.
※If you pay by credit card, the name on your passport and the name on your credit card must match.
3. Minimum Purchase Amount
Purchases totaling ¥5,000 or more, excluding tax, are eligible for tax-free shopping.
※Please note that eligibility requirements may vary depending on the product category.
4. Eligibility
Tax-free shopping is available to foreign visitors temporarily staying in Japan.
Japanese nationals who are non-residents of Japan may also be eligible, provided they meet certain requirements.
5. Additional Important Information
※You must complete the Customs confirmation process when departing Japan within 90 days of the purchase date.
※Tax-free purchased goods must not be transferred or given to any third party. The purchaser must personally take the goods out of Japan.
※If purchased goods are consumed or used in Japan, they may become ineligible for tax exemption, and the consumption tax amount may not be refunded.
※Tax-free shopping is available exclusively at Fender Flagship Tokyo. Our online store does not offer tax-free services.
※Tax-free purchases are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
※Tax-free service is not applied automatically. If you wish to use this service, please bring your original passport and inform our staff at the time of purchase.

自2026年11月1日起，日本免税购物制度正式改为「离境退税制」。

1. 付款及退税流程
自2026年11月1日起，购买免税商品时，顾客需先支付含消费税的商品全额。
离开日本时，请在机场或港口向海关出示所购商品，完成出境确认手续。经海关确认商品已携带出境后，即可办理消费税退还。

2. 护照要求
办理免税手续时，请出示本人护照原件，恕不接受护照或签证页复印件。
※ 如使用信用卡付款，信用卡持卡人姓名须与护照姓名一致。
3. 免税购物金额
单次购物金额满 5,000日元（不含税），即可满足免税购物的最低金额要求。
※ 不同商品类别可能适用不同的免税条件，详情请咨询店内工作人员。
4. 免税适用对象
免税服务主要面向短期赴日的外国游客。
符合相关条件的非日本居民身份的日本籍人士，也可申请免税购物。
5. 其他注意事项
※请在购买商品后的 90天内离境，并在出境时完成海关确认手续。
※免税商品不得转让或赠送他人，须由购买者本人携带出境。
※如在日本境内使用或消耗所购商品，可能无法享受免税优惠，已支付的消费税也可能无法退还。
※免税服务仅限 Fender Flagship Tokyo 实体店，线上商店暂不提供此项服务。
※免税商品售出后，恕不接受退换货。
※免税服务不会自动办理。如需申请退税，请在结账时主动告知工作人员，并出示护照原件。
